Hi Neighbors,
We’ve recently had repeated issues with locks and handles being damaged at the pool, tennis court, and lake area. Unfortunately, calling out locksmiths and making these repairs every few weeks is very costly and these expenses are shared by the entire community.
Since we have gotten complaints from residents noticing children tampering with and climbing the locks and handles, we kindly ask all parents to please speak with your children about respecting community property. As you know, children under 15 must be supervised at all times in these areas.
Please also remember that homeowners are responsible for the actions of their renters and guests. Damage to HOA property is considered a fineable offense.
