UPDATE: Insect Spraying in Common Area – February 26th

Community Notice – Street Marking Maintenance

On Thursday, March 12th, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, crews will be updating street markings and curb paint near the entrance gates. Please drive slowly and use extra caution when entering or exiting the community during this time.

While the “Speed Limit 18 MPH” marking is being repainted, the exit gate will be temporarily used for both entering and exiting traffic. Our gate guard will be present to help direct vehicles and keep traffic flowing safely.
