Hidden Lake HOA – Rules and Regulations
Dear Homeowners and Residents,
Some friendly reminders:
Living in an HOA community comes with shared responsibilities in accordance with the governing documents and Rules and Regulations. All homeowners are expected to follow established rules and maintain their properties in accordance with community standards in order to preserve the appearance, safety, and value of our neighborhood.
Recently, several homeowners have received notices regarding the lack of maintenance of their front yards. These notices include a deadline to correct the issue. If the violation is not addressed by the specified compliance date, the homeowner will be called to a hearing. Homeowners who do not attend the hearing or communicate with the Board will be subject to fines by default. Following the hearing, the Board may impose fines of $250 for the first week and $500 for each subsequent week until the issue is resolved. Fines will be calculated beginning from the original compliance date provided in the notice.
These guidelines and enforcement procedures are outlined in the newly updated and approved House Rules, which are available on our community website. This is nothing new.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and commitment to maintaining a well-kept and respectful community.
