Community Pool Notice

The Board has received a question regarding when pool access is allowed. We are in the midst of a heat wave and we completely understand that people are eager to use the community pool. 

The pool season starts on May 1st. That’s when the pool furniture will be out and the bathroom will be accessible between the daily pool hours. 

No children under 15 years of age can EVER be in the pool area unsupervised by adults. This is an immediate finable offense of $250 (first time) and $500 every time after.

If residents still choose to use the pool area before the pool season starts, just know there is no bathroom access or pool furniture. All children need to be supervised by adults at all times.

The gates cannot be propped up, climbed over or the locks tampered with. This is now unfortunately an immense problem in our community.
